• Enquiries. When you use our contact form, it opens your own email app with your details filled in. We receive what you send: usually your name, work email, company, the services you’re interested in, a budget range and your project details.
• Emails and calls. Anything you share with us by email or during a call, such as project information.

This website does not use analytics, advertising trackers or cookies.

How we use it

We use the information you send to reply to your enquiry, discuss and scope your project, prepare a quote and, if we work together, deliver and support the project. We do not sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing.

Who we share it with

We share personal information only with service providers that help us run our business, such as our email and file-storage providers, and only as far as they need it to provide their service. We may also disclose information when required by law.

Third-party services on this site

This site loads fonts from Google Fonts. When your browser requests them, Google receives your IP address and browser information, as it does for any website it serves. Links to our social profiles take you to those platforms, whose own privacy policies apply.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry emails for as long as needed to respond and follow up, and project records for as long as needed to deliver the work and meet legal or accounting obligations. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, to object to or restrict how we use it, and to receive a copy of it. To make a request, email info@techdore.com. We’ll respond within a reasonable time.

Security
